Delivery by an affiliate Florist

We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to ALMOST 100% of Canada & the United States. We can also deliver flowers, worldwide, to more than 150 countries across the globe.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

Every attempt is made to ensure timely delivery of your flowers. However, during peak holiday periods, poor weather conditions, or poor traffic conditions delays may occur. In most areas of the United States and Canada, orders placed as late as 11am in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays).
Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 11am in the recipient's time zone.

International Deliveries

Outside the United States and Canada, flower and plant orders placed by 12p.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the next business day. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.

Exotic Flowers and Plants

Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, next day delivery is required. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Please call us at 1-800-667-4090 if you have any questions regarding delivery. At times we can accommodate specific requests if notified within a reasonable amount of time.

Substitution Policy

1. Substitution of your floral order may be necessary to send your order out promptly. We take special care of each order to make it as similar as illustrated on our website.
2. The Arrangement viewed online shall not be substituted in size whatsoever.
3. The fresh flowers used should be similar in style, color, and most importantly value. Some flowers may be out of season, or temporarily unavailable, therefore substitution in certain flowers may be necessary.
4. When substitution is required, we will make sure that the outcome of the arrangement will not change.
