Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel your order, we must receive your request 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date. A $15 cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Orders that are already prepared or dispatched may not be cancelled.
  • All refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service on any order which may contain bad language, insufficient or incorrect delivery details, fraudulent use of a credit card or do not comply with our policies. In addition, all orders which fail our strict validation process will be automatically cancelled.
  • If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, we will need to inspect the flowers/gifts within 48 hours to enable a proper and fair assessment. All our flower care instructions must be followed. Our decision on the matter will be final.
